Sidi Kaouki & Essaouira Beaches

Endless sand beaches, renound for the surf. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, there is something for everyone and let's not forget the horse riding, camel rides and beach gators. Restaurants and cafes line both beaches.

Essaouira Medina

Go back in time to when you bought everything in season and from a local shop. The Medina is great for both traditional handmade gifts and all your fresh food needs. Just down the road from the Medina are the old ramparts to the city and the harbour where the locals still go out to fish every day.

Ounagha market

If you are feeling a little more advnturous then the market in Ounagha is just the place for you. Apart from the hundreds of people milling around each Sunday, watch out for the camels, donkeys, sheep and cattle being sold.

Marrakech

Just over 2 hours from Maison Mimosa is the city of Marrakech. Here you can lose yourself for a few days but one of the must see areas is the Grand Square which is reached through the small lanes of the Grand Bazaar. Snake charmers, moneys and the rest.

Mogador Golf

If surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, camel rides, horse riding, dune buggies and so on are not your thing then just between Sidi Kaoki and Essaouira at Diabat is Mogador Golf. A true fabulous course by the sea

Safi

Just 2 hours north from Maison Mimosa you will find the town of Safi, the home of pottery in Morocco. Here you can experience the artisans at work and then marvel at the thousands of different style of handmade pottery they produce.
